Alexis is a Pittsburgh based photojournalist and photographer who uses creativity, empathy, and technical skills to produce impactful images. She is the recent Recipient of the 2024 Student Keystone Media 1st place photo essay award for coverage of Trans Visibility Day in the city of Pittsburgh. She is currently freelancing for NEXTPittsburgh, the Pittsburgh Symphony and Live from Pitt. She also able to hired for graduation photos, single, couple, and family portraits, professional headshots, and engagements. Some of her past experience includes working as the photojournalism intern for the PublicSource, the photography intern for the Pittsburgh Symphony, the communications and marketing intern for The Pittsburgh Foundation, and Point Park University’s darkroom and photography lab apprentice.
